State Rep. Libby Szabo (R-Arvada) took to the national airwaves last night to absolutely brutalize House Speaker Mark Ferrandino for sending Jessica’s Law, the bill that would mandate tough prison sentences for child sex offenders, to the “veterans committee” for its planned euthanizing.
Szabo was on Fox News’ The O’Reilly Factor last night to throw down the gauntlet. And throw it she did. And it was not good for Ferrandino.
Szabo, who has quickly jockeyed herself to the #2 position in the House GOP ranks, has found herself a righteous cause to champion. And if O’Reilly is to be believed, Speaker Ferrandino hasn’t seen the last of it.

I ran against one of the House Reps, and learned that a large group of homosexuals have an agenda, this is only the tip of the iceberg. HB 13-1081 and Civil Unions are just the beginning of the sick mind. I believe we should expose every one of these deviant characters, all they have on their minds is sex, not legislation that represents the health & welfare of the common public. The statement by THIS man, [publicly] is a cop out why he is homosexual!!!!

Well the Dem site, Colorado Pols has finally taken notice of this whole affair. And their predictable response is of course, "How dare she! She went way too far!" How far is too far when defending children against predators?
Attention all those who voted "no". What if it was your daughter that was raped and killed by someone who had been given a light sentence and was back on the streets searching for the next person's daughter. It makes a difference when it hits YOU in the gut.
Amen to that! They actually work hard at strategic placement of pedophiles within the confines of the public schools- they are really good at protecting that bunch.
Well, I am sick of having these idiots have to come up with a new "law" every time something happens. We have plenty of goddamned laws! Enforce the ones we already have! Billy-Bob's Law, Suzie's Law, where to hell does it end? Enough of this crap!

The Dems, on a Party Line Vote, passed a bill out of the House that would ban otherwise qualified people from legal CCW on College campuses despite the fact that CSU has allowed CCW on their campus for the past decade. CSU not only has not had any problems, sexual crimes and violent sexual crimes plummeted immediately after legal CCW was allowed starting in 2003. WHY do these Liberal Dems want to protect sexual predators rather than their victims?
