On Friday, Colorado’s U.S. Rep. Cory Gardner visited FoxNews to talk about the bullying of Colorado’s Division of Insurance by liberal U.S. Senator Mark Udall.  On Wednesday night, Todd Shepherd broke the story that emails showed that Udall and his staff tried to bully the Division of Insurance into revising downward the number of Colorado insurance policies canceled as a result of Obamacare.  Udall’s team subsequently spun the cancellations as “renewals”, a claim refuted by the Division of Insurance.

From the clip:

“There’s a difference between calling up an office, though, and saying ‘hey, are these the right numbers’ versus a hostile phone call, forcing a Division of Insurance employee to say ‘we’re standing strong’.  This was clearly an attempt to use an office, to use the staff, to pressure a public policy maker into changing the numbers of people who have had their insurance canceled.  I think it raises a big question about abuse of power.”
