On Friday, MSNBC‘s “The Daily Rundown” named rising political stars in Colorado.  Not surprisingly, Republicans Rep. Clarice Navarro Ratzlaff, State Treasurer Walker Stapleton, and District Attorney George Brauchler made the list.  On the left, TDR cited Senate President Morgan Carroll, State Rep. Dan Pabon, and, laughably, State Sen. Jesse Ulibarri, who was ensnared last year by his own bizarre comments during the gun control debates.  Check out the list in the video below.
