Ask and you shall receive. In today’s paper edition of The Denver Post, readers might stumble across the special delivery that the Log Cabin Republicans has for liberal U.S. Rep. Jared Polis – a bouquet of flowers and a poem. See the ad to the right.
The poem reads “Roses are Red, Violets are Blue, When Colorado Loses Jobs, Will Polis Say ‘I’m Sorry’ to You?” The card accompanying the bouquet of roses reads “Dear Colorado: Sorry about the lost jobs, the good news is your energy costs will be higher. Best, Jared.” The ad is especially targeted at Polis as he started ProFlowers and later sold it to finance these bullsh!t ballot initiatives for millions.
