Last week, House Democrats killed an effort to provide greater oversight of the bonuses paid out by Colorado’s Obamacare exchange. Despite thousands of cancellations and glitches in the system, high-level employees at the exchange have received $200,000 of bonuses over the last two years. Bringing more transparency and accountability seemed like a no brainer, but the House Democrats didn’t agree.
