Democrats Morgan Carroll and U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet are doubling down on the U.S. deal with Iran – and that’s good news for Republicans. See, there are several huge loopholes that allow Iran to do whatever the heck it wants when it comes to uranium development. This deal just keeps getting worse. Reuters is now reporting that the deal has some clear benefits for Iran:
“Among the exemptions were two that allowed Iran to exceed the deal’s limits on how much low-enriched uranium (LEU) it can keep in its nuclear facilities, the report said. LEU can be purified into highly enriched, weapons-grade uranium.”
This is just the latest in a series of shocking revelation on the Bennet/Carroll-supported Iran Deal. For example:
- In January, Secretary of State John Kerry admitted that some of the sanctions relief will fund terrorism.
- In March, Iran began test-firing ballistic missiles with “Israel should be wiped of the Earth” written on the side, as the State Department admitted that the nuclear deal did not address ballistic missile tests.
- In July, a secret document revealed that key restrictions under the deal would be lifted even before its expiration.
- In August, the Obama administration admitted that it made a $400 million ransom payment to Iran for the release of U.S. hostages, setting a dangerous precedent for future dealings with the nation.
Are Bennet and Carroll sure they want to continue to support this deal that threatens America’s only ally in the Middle East, Israel, and America’s existence? Seems like a good deal for Iran and a bad deal for everyone else.
