Remember last year when health care costs nearly doubled for folks on the Western Slope, and about 20 to 30 percent for the rest of the state?
Turns out this is a trend.
Coloradans will again see a spike in prices for Obamacare, the health care affordability experiment that has produced more Frankenstein’s than happy, healthy folks.
Increases are estimated at 25 to 40 percent, essentially the same we saw last year, and more doctors are dropping out of the program because it’s been broken since day one.
Western folks are being hit hardest, seeing their healthcare costs rise nearly 100 percent in two years.
Health experts predict that many people won’t be able to afford insurance, again, and that they will have no choice but to drop their health care and pay a hefty fine.
U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet, who voted for this disaster and still supports it, should have to pay for his mistake next week at the ballot box.
So should Hillary Clinton, who also supports this train wreck and says she will keep Obamacare, and her own White House doctor, if elected.
