A bill to support people “who just can't deal with daylight savings time”.
Rep. Edward Vigil (D) said “it is a dark day for Colorado” because the House Committee killed his bill to end daylight savings time.
A really dark day will be when Colorado tries to pay back the 1/2 a billion in borrowed money for unemployment payments.
These folks need to get real and quickly.
