The collusion actually goes even deeper than you’ve documented so far…

You’ve noted the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association’s reliance on the state Senate maps drawn up by the Colorado Reapportionment Commission.

Note that Commissioner Dolores Atencio – one of the eleven Reapportionment commissioners – is also president of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association.  Her collusion with Scott Martinez, CHBA Public Policy Committee chair and Democrat lead attorney on redistricting – to draw up Colorado Congressional district maps based upon the work product of the Reapportionment Commission is at best irregular and at worst actionably unethical.

Commissioner Atencio has already been censured – publicly – for “inappropriate” treatment of witnesses at one of the public Reapportionment hearings in August.

Further investigation of her unethical behavior with regards to Colorado reapportionment and redistricting certainly appears warranted.
