This guy Morse is as crazy as a shit house rat. We have some real winners in the House and Senate and this debate has served the purpose of exposing the true enemies of the people. Morse, Uliabarri, Hodge, Aguilar, Hudak, and Salazar. Their tyranny shall not go unpunished, so now the pressure needs to shift to Hickenlooper. There will be plenty of time to deal with these other radicals another day.

If SB196 is signed, it will probably be overturned immediately by the feds since it is contrary to federal legislation passed in 2005. If it is not overturned, then it becomes unconstitutional by imposing undue financial hardship on citizens. As another footnote, if it passes, no gun manufacturer will sell in the state of Colorado creating a fantastic black market opportunity. Ah! Politicians!
