The legislation they were trying to pass would tag people as driving under the influence if they smoked as long as 3 days ago. There is already a perfectly fine field sobriety test that officers can administer to determine the conpetency of somebody to be operating a vehicle. It's completely asinine to support this legislation, Colorado Peak Politics. I expected better out of you. Try falling on the side of personal liberty next time instead of the side of capricious, arbitrary and unnecessary government intrusion into our private lives.
