Joan, I started this recall effort because I am a constituent of John Morse and he refuses to listen to my emails, he changes senate rules so that I cannot testify on important legislation, and he has even disallowed me to post anything on his PUBLIC facebook page because I had the temerity to question the value of Senate Bill 252 regarding increasing rural energy costs. The recall is the only way left for me as his constituent to communicate with him that he is a representative, not a ruler. He is supposed to represent the interest of HIS constituents, not the desires of his financial backers like Bloomberg who lives in New York. It is HIS fiscal roots that are not local. I live here in his district.

I think sending the message that this kind of Law maker is not welcome is great, and he being Senate President makes it an even more important message. These politicians have to know they work for the people who vote them in, not for some greater cause or their own Ideas. We elect people to do a job and when they do not listen it's time to toss them out just like what would happen if we did not do our job.
