It was to have made the State of Colorado millions and yet all it is doing is costing the taxpayers money. Our Liberal House and Senate have no clue as to how to regulate it and without regulation how can you tas the product. Without the tax there is no income to the State.

The House and Senate are talking of a levy of less defense to the small businessman. Those with fifteen or less employees. Why would anyone want a business in this situation?
