The Thompson's have since settled with Encana and moved out of state. My proof is the fact that they no longer live here and Encana now owns their property. All he ever advocated for was the surface rights to his property. During the COGCC hearings in January, Thompson testified as a homeowner not as a member or on behalf of any environmental organization.
