Isn't the Riviera the Mob-owned Casino. Too bad that Morse can get the support from within his own district. He's got to go outside the district and outside the state.. It's the people within his district that should count, but as we have seen with the last session, that's not what it's all about for Morse.. It's all about money and the big money tramps wondering into the state..
