He is vicious and has no loyalties to anyone or any moral and decent political position ( he is, after-all a pretend Democrat), but he is not stupid. He knew exactly what he was signing. This is the same proposition with the same threats ( if this does not pass, your children will be dumbed down and do drugs and join gangs and carry guns) that have been issued over the past years with any new tax increases. He knows that–hell, he practically invented that.
