I am impressed by your scintilating rhetoric. Of course, you make no argument other than name-calling.

Hmm…. idiot. Let me see- does it bother you that you and your ilk are aligned with history's despots and oppressors? King George III, Hitler, Pol Pot , Chairman Mao, General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, John I – all of these people have something in common, namely they wanted the general populace disarmed. It makes the king/dictator business so much easier, you see.

Then we look at those who wanted merely to disarm specific members of society. The English Kings disarmed the Scots, Jim Crow laws were supposed to disarm "drunken negroes", New York's Sullivan Law was aimed at disarming immigrant Italians , Germans and Irish; Hitler's Weapons Law required Jews to surrender their firearms on penalty of death.

You dont have a little thread of elitist hypocrisy deep down inside? You are afraid Bubba isnt cultured, quality folks like you, so you dont want Bubba or Bubba-ette to have a gun?

Perhaps it is the other way around- you are so filled with rage ( umm, see your comment above) that you are afraid you have some social pathology you cannot control and project upon other inoffensive, law-abiding people your fear of what you might do if YOU had ready access to firearms. Perhaps you should look in the mirror before you call your neighbors names for excercising their Constitutional Rights. Maybe your pathology is that you believe that other citizens shouldnt have that right because you disapprove ( and you are so important your opinion is paramount); or maybe it is just that guns scare you.

Take heart. For the problem of projected rage, or narcissism or pathological fear of guns, you can likely find a good therapist who can help you address reality in a much more healthy way .

Perhaps you can learn not to be rude, too.
