Why Prop 66 now? Many districts could increase their revenue by passing local mill levy overrides. If they haven't worked to correct revenue problems locally, why should all state taxpayers be asked to contribute? More money is always better, bit unlike the Fed, we can't just print it. It comes out of our pockets. Lets look at our own local needs and see how we can fund them first before demanding others pay for our needs.
