Good on Gardner. It would be nice if people procreated (and fornicated) responsibly, but that simply isn't the reality in today's society. More contraception means fewer abortions (a means to an end), and more contraception means fewer children that society has to support.

We're in the process of adding a few million illegal alien children to the welfare rolls, after all.

I'm really liking this Cory Gardner guy. More and more every day.
He gives me hope. For a change.
