The proximity of fracking wells to homes is the source of noise, odor, bright lights and a host of other inconveniences. Statistics referencing no damage to home values are bogus. Statistics take account of the entire area or zip code and that greatly dilutes the loss of value for those who are closest to the fracking sites.
