Can we get a climate footprint estimate and the death toll for how many polar bear cubs had to die for Vice President Kamala Harris to fly to Denver for a fundraiser just to keep her and that fool boss of hers employed?
That’s a round-trip flight of nearly 3,000 miles from Washington, D.C., plus all the fuel spent getting her and her staff to the airport and back.
And don’t forget to factor in her brief stopover at Northfield High School where she gave students traumatized by climate anxiety a pep talk praising Denver Public Schools for the work it’s accomplished to prevent school shootings climate change.
She only spoke for 15 minutes so her Secret Service probably left the engines running in her multi-vehicle motorcade, so factor in all that fuel as well.
And don’t forget the carbon footprint of the high school event itself, in which 600 people were crammed into a room that only seats 400.

From the Colorado Sun:
Harris went from the school to a fundraising event in Cherry Hills Village for the reelection campaign for President Joe Biden. The event was held at the home of Judith “Judi” Wagner, who is one of the founders of the Women’s Bank of Denver. Harris also visited Colorado in March for a discussion on environmental issues.
Because Harris scheduled in 15 minutes to talk about climate to the kids, she was flying on Air Force Two on “official business.”
No word on whether the White House, or local taxpayers had to pick up the cost for her additional security.
