State Rep. Tim Hernandez (SD-Hamas) seems to be struggling to get on the ballot or running a competent campaign for the District 4 seat to which he was appointed by a vacancy committee.

Hernandez is new to being a politician, and just assumed voters would naturally flock to his side because of his sparkling personality.

We kid, because PeakNation™ will recall the bizarre “so what” video that exposed Hernandez’s unnerving lack of humanity after news broke of the terrorist attack on Israel and he protested in support of the violence.

As he later learned, even Harvard was wrong about Gen Z supporting the murder, rape, and pillaging of Israel that ignited war with Hamas, which the U.S. had designated as a terrorist organization.

As of this writing, Hernandez is running on a double track to try to get on the ballot.

He finally filed petitions with the Secretary of State the week, but only after he attended the Denver Precinct Caucuses. It must not have gone well for him.

It will be interesting to see if he shows up Saturday at the Denver County Assembly, or if he filed enough valid signatures to go the petition route.

Meanwhile, a reputable candidate has already won a place on the ballot.

Cecelia Espenoza submitted nearly 1,200 valid signatures last month to the Secretary of State, comfortably exceeding the required 1,000.

Espenoza is the first Mexican-American to become an appellate judge on the highest immigration court in the country, according to her campaign bio.

She’s definitely progressive but brings a maturity that’s woefully lacking in how Hernandez, a radical socialist muppet, has handled the job of a state representative.

This is definitely one of the races to watch this year in Colorado!
