Colorado Democrats fear-mongered for months the Trump administration’s real agenda in deporting Biden’s border busters was to rip grandmothers from their beds and children from schools, vowing to stop the process even if it meant going to jail themselves.

And now progressive Dems have chosen their battle and the hill upon which they are willing to die in the anti-deportation war they have declared upon the U.S.

The court hearing is ongoing as we write, with an Obama appointed federal judge who has ordered the federal government to halt the deportation of foreign nationals who are in this country illegally and accused of committing terrible crimes.

Some 200 were deported on Saturday, many accused of brutal crimes like murder and rape, others have ties to the Tren de Aragua prison gang.

The judge thinks his order was ignored by the Justice Department, which insists this batch of deportees was already in international air space when the judge released his order.

If the plane had been prevented from take-off, the illegal aliens would be held here in jails, or cages, as it’s called when a Republican is in the White House.

Then they would be given hearings and trials on their crimes, while taxpayers would get stuck with the legal bills and the costs of their detention, which could run for decades with appeals after their convictions.

What Democrats led by the ACLU in this case want us to accept, is that literally everyone in the world who gets here illegally gets to stay here. And if they go on a murder spree, we can’t just deport them for being here illegally and killing a bunch of people, we must give them our constitutional rights to due process. And pay for it out of our pockets.

Colorado’s Democrat lawmakers have been unusually silent on this matter, obviously still struggling under the delusion that TdA gang members aren’t a problem in Colorado.

And yet Denver 7 News released this interview a few days ago in which acting DEA Director Derek Maltz said Colorado is “command and control for TDA” in the U.S.

“Criminals take advantage of vulnerabilities and weaknesses, and in my opinion, people in this state have allowed illegal, violent criminals in here at record levels,” Maltz said. “But I got a warning for the TdA members; start running now.”

“The politics have to stop. This is not a red or blue issue. This is a red, white and blue issue. Every American should care what’s going on, not just in Colorado, but the entire country,” Maltz said.

When Colorado’s congressional Democrats finally weigh in on the matter, expect it to be on the side of criminals in this country illegally. Especially those seeking refuge in sanctuary state Colorado.
