The partisan elections bill HB1303, passed by Democrats in this year’s legislative session, has had its share of troubles. It stopped mail ballots from being used in the recall election, allowed voters to register in districts they only have the “intent” to move to, and now another major flaw has been exposed.
The bill mandated that mail ballots be sent to all registered voters, whether they were active voters or not. Todd Shepherd of Complete Colorado found out what happens when you do that: loose ballots galore.

So why are none of you voter fraud vigilantes asking the landlord or apartment manager to mark on these ballots "Undeliverable – return to sender" and put them back in the mail? If that were done, the County Clerk would then inactivate the voters.
Maybe you just LIKE having scandals to pontificate about, and don't really care about potential voter fraud.
What an idiotic story. You can't vote these ballots.
Try messing with them. Just try.
One could say that Democrats support voter fraud after reading this story. What a surprise.
