Nancy Pelosi claims that Republican efforts to cut the budget are futile because the government “cupboards [are] bare”, but are they?  The Heritage Foundation made a video highlighting the “Top Ten Ways Congress Wasted Your Money in 2013”.  After watching this, you just might need that glass of champagne.  Or several.
