Who knew that the radical gun control legislation wouldn’t actually work in Colorado? Pretty much everyone except for the radical liberals who shoved the 2013 legislation down Coloradans’ throats. New research conducted by Johns Hopkins University and the University of California – Davis found that the laws passed in 2013 had almost no effect.

Here’s an excerpt from the Fox31 story:

“The data show background checks didn’t significantly increase since Colorado passed stricter laws. The study found a modest increase in background checks in private-party sales, but almost no change in gun show sales.”

Color us shocked. And here’s the most shocking part: the researchers blamed pro-gun organizations and lax enforcement.

Or, maybe, the gun legislation just was a solution looking for a problem.
