U.S. Rep. Diana DeGette says she was exposed to COVID-19 during the Capitol siege last Wednesday.
She declined to disclose whether she has been tested for the virus or whether she is in quarantine to protect her staff and others from getting sick.
In DeGette’s world, no other rules apply if you’re wearing a mask.
Someone who was in the secure room of the Capitol with us for many hours Wednesday has tested positive for COVID-19.
I’m thankful I wore my mask the entire time.
Wherever you are, whatever the situation, please: #WearAMask

We checked the CDC guidelines, and mask or no mask, these are the rules everyone including DeGette are supposed to follow.
Did you catch that DeGette? Irrespective of whether the person with COVID-19 was wearing a mask, you must quarantine for 14 days until Jan. 20.
But wait, that timeline doesn’t suit DeGette.
JUST IN: The House convenes tomorrow at 7:30pm to pass a measure giving VP Pence & the cabinet 24 hours to remove Trump from power.
On Wednesday, he will be out of office or facing impeachment for a 2nd time.
The world is watching. History will remember who was on its side.

Uh oh.
This means DeGette can’t vote Tuesday on impeachment, lest she risk infecting the entire House of Representatives with COVID-19, right?
