Former Coloradan Dana Perino is promoting her third book and some other projects, but carved time out of her busy schedule for a one-on-one interview with Joey Bunch of Colorado Politics.

Perino was born in Wyoming, but her family moved to Colorado when she was two  and she grew up to graduate from Colorado State University-Pueblo.

PeakNation™ might remember that she left Colorado to intern for former U.S. Rep. Scott McInnis, who represented the Western Slope.

She later became press secretary to former U.S. Rep. Bob Schaffer of Colorado’s 4th Congressional District in the late 1990s.

By 2007, She was White House Press Secretary to George W. Bush.

Bunch offers a fairly in-depth interview and a good read for those who are fans of Perino’s career, as we are.
