Colorado U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert has apologized for making a joke about being in the elevator with Democrat U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar that likens the Muslim lawmaker to the Muslim terrorists who killed nearly 3,000 Americans on 9/11.
Fact, this buffoon looks down when she sees me at the Capitol, this whole story is made up. Sad she thinks bigotry gets her clout.
Anti-Muslim bigotry isn’t funny & shouldn’t be normalized. Congress can’t be a place where hateful and dangerous Muslims tropes get no condemnation. https://t.co/S1APT7RbqW

Boebert was right to apologize.
Democrats don’t understand jokes or humor.
And this one was actually in bad taste, and offensive to all peace-loving Muslims who aren’t bigots or judge people as hateful or dangerous based on their political affiliation.
In this case, it’s fascinating to watch the progressives and their media lapdogs strike out with as much venom at Boebert, as they accuse her of unleashing on Omar.
How dare Boebert joke that Omar is safe when not armed with a bomb, likening her to a domestic terrorist?
But how dare the Biden White House and attorney general treat American parents like domestic terrorists because they care what their children are taught in public schools?
How dare the FBI open files on parents tagging them as threats because they yell or harass school board members at public meetings?
How dare the Democrat Party, including Omar and her squad, launch a propaganda attack on 74 million Americans to label them as white supremacists, insurrectionists, and domestic terrorists because they voted Republican in the last election?
And while we’re at it, how dare Democrat U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen of Tennessee tell CNN that Boebert was giving Capitol tours to insurrectionists just days before Jan. 6, suggesting she was a leader in trying to overthrow the government, aka, a domestic terrorist?
Those were actually Boebert’s immediate family, by the way, who were there for the freshman lawmaker’s swearing in ceremony.
So where is Boebert’s apology for this and every insult tossed at her by Democrats almost every single day?
Go ahead, we’ll wait.
Joe Biden still has not apologized for calling Kyle Rittenhouse a white supremacist, and he never will.
