In case you missed it, here’s the Colorado media’s laser-focused coverage of President Biden’s bang up job delivering his first State of the Union address, with everything you need to know about his 13,788 policy proposals and promises.

The Colorado Sun

Wait, that’s not it.

Colorado Politics

Nope, hold on …

We could have sworn we saw coverage somewhere …

Okay, well, Colorado doesn’t need to know what all the president had to say for more than an hour about the war in Europe his diplomatic skills failed to avert, or the high prices of everything due to inflation which is your fault, not his.

And who can blame them?

U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert heckled the president so who cares about the state of our union?

For those well-adjusted folks who missed Biden’s speech, including the media, the president was talking about our military in Afghanistan when Boebert made the heckle heard ’round the Twitterverse, not his son.

Here’s the speech from the White House.

Our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan faced many dangers.

One was stationed at bases and breathing in toxic smoke from “burn pits” that incinerated wastes of war—medical and hazard material, jet fuel, and more. When they came home, many of the world’s fittest and best trained warriors were never the same. Headaches. Numbness. Dizziness. A cancer that would put them in a flag-draped coffin.

At that point, Boebert could be heard yelling: “You put them there. Thirteen of them.”

It was after the heckle that Biden mentioned his son, not before.

But whatever, Whoopi Goldberg is pissed so it’s more important than the actual details of a speech given by the president of the United States.

How dare he be disrespected?

Here by the way, are the highlights.
