An Aspen businessman is bragging that he convinced a former city councilman now running for Congress to change a vote or risk having an alleged marital affair exposed.
Adam Frisch, the Democrat challenging 3rd District incumbent Republican Lauren Boebert, eventually voted against the transportation proposal called mobility lab, which would contract with Lyft and directly competed with High Mountain Taxi owned by Todd Gardner.
Gardner also owns storage units and claims to have video of Frisch and an unnamed woman entering the facility.
Gardner claims his manager witnessed the two having sex.
Gardner explains his actions in a video obtained by Breitbart:
So having the information on Adam, I let Adam know that I had this information. ‘I have you on camera at our facility.’ Worked with Adam for a while and had to remind him through another video I sent him of, ‘hey, I have this information but you’re not responding fast enough’ and he became quite responsive then. And Adam really went to bat and Adam was fully on board for mobility lab but with a little nudging from me. He wants to protect his house.
Gardner’s actions sound an awful lot like blackmail, which last time we checked, was against the law.
It’s interesting that Gardner hasn’t been charged with blackmail, because to do so would be to confirm this whole story.
Also, Frisch hasn’t offered any reasons for being in favor of the mobility lab program before he was against it.
My opponent was caught having an affair in a storage unit, shaken down by a cab driver & then sold out his vote as a sitting city council member to hide his secret.
Imagine what Pelosi & the DC lobbyists will do with him!
Aspen Adam’s vote is for sale! https://t.co/WLNjqXwt1h

Yup, that’s exactly what this looks like.
Gardner confessed to Breitbart:
“It absolutely was blackmail,” Gardner incredibly told Breitbart News. “I’m a straight shooter. Was it the right thing to do? No, it probably wasn’t the right thing to do. Was it a necessary thing to do based on the situation and me fighting for our survival and the fact that the city was trying to totally go above and beyond any purview they had to put me out of business basically? It was my fight for survival. I made a choice, just like Adam made a choice to sleep with the woman in the storage unit. I made a choice to use the information I had for my benefit.”
No one in the Colorado mainstream media mafia has touched the story of a man confessing on video to blackmailing an elected official now running for Congress to cover up an alleged affair.
How is that not news? Because Frisch is running against media public enemy number one, Lauren Boebert.
