Can we get a round of applause for 12-year-old Jaiden and his mom in Colorado Springs for standing strong in the face of their ignorant public education overlords at The Vanguard School?
The child had been studying the Revolutionary War in class, and yet the Gadsden flag patch on his backpack so triggered school staff, they tried have it removed like it was some sort of biological weapon that could contaminate the entire student population.
Can you believe this?!?!?
A student was KICKED OUT OF CLASS in Colorado Springs for having a Gadsden flag patch on his backpack.
The school said that the flag had “origins of slavery.”

Memo to educators everywhere: Not every historical symbol in America is about racism or the slave trade.
Also, not every white boy child is a terrorist in training.
And the Gadsden flag, bearing a coiled rattlesnake with the slogan “Don’t Tread of Me,” is a symbol of the Revolutionary War, not the Civil War.
It is an expression of freedom and liberty, which is the very opposite of slavery, you idiots.
The gaffe drew national attention from the conspiratorial media lemmings trying to scare readers with tales of radicalized grade schoolers wanting to get in on the slave trade, or something.
It got so absurd, and embarrassing, that even Gov. Polis put his woke street cred on the line by explaining to Colorado Public Radio, among others, that the patriotic symbol is not hateful.
“The Gadsden flag is a proud symbol of the American revolution and (an) iconic warning to Britain or any government not to violate the liberties of Americans,” he wrote on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.
Polis, a Democrat, continued: “It appears on popular American medallions and challenge coins through today and Ben Franklin also adopted it to symbolize the union of the 13 colonies. It’s a great teaching moment for a history lesson!”
But public radio was not convinced and wielded its Google power to dig up examples of bad actors who also bore the flag. So much for Polis’ street cred.
We presumed the other patch that read “J-Rod 4 VP Revolution” meant he supported baseball center fielder Julio Yarnel Rodríguez.
But not Colorado Public Radio:
“In the video, the boy’s backpack also sports a patch that says “J-Rod 4 VP Revolution,” with styling reminiscent of Ron Paul’s former presidential campaign branding …”
Seriously people, calm the Hell down.
And for those not familiar with rapper Lil B, “Based” is slang for not caring what others think of you.
Carry on little man. Don’t let all the ridiculous hang ups of the progressive establishment get you down.
