For those keeping score, 14 migrant gang members this week invaded one of those Aurora apartments and tortured and robed a couple, but 9News will soon let us know that does not mean the complex or city has been “taken over” by Tren de Aragua.
Why 9News could barely even mention the nationality of the brutal intruders or the fact their victims were also Venezuelan, most of them undocumented, admits leading liberal newspaper Denver Post.
It’s a horrendous crime and the victims were held captive for five hours, then acted bravely in reporting it to police so the culprits could be rounded up for questioning.
The male and female victims were beaten, pistol whipped, and one stabbed by the home invaders at the troubled Edge at Lowry apartment complex.
From the Denver Post:
The late-night home invasion was “100% gang activity,” Chamberlain said. “There is a high assumption” the suspects are affiliated with the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, which has been known to operate at Edge of Lowry, but that hasn’t been confirmed, he said.
“This complex is an incredibly problematic complex,” Chamberlain said. “It is an incredibly crime-riddled complex.”
Stand by for a stern lecture from Kyle Clark that “crime-riddled complex” does not mean it’s been “taken over” by Tren de Aragua.
No matter how anyone tries to spin it, the truth is the truth and the truth will come out.
These gangs have been allowed to take over our apartment buildings and terrorize innocent people.
We hope the message is learned so it doesn’t spread any more!pic.twitter.com/OdvqKSpHaz

Clark and Gov. Polis are especially sensitive to the Democrats’ open border brand being tarnished by violent crimes committed by violent migrants and gang members going unchecked through (checks notes) Democrats’ open borders.
Stay finely tuned for developing news, like whether the suspects have been arrested and confirmed gang affiliation.
Because as soon as its day-old news, the usual media suspects will begin downplaying the connection to migrants, and thus the open border policy, to the viciousness of crimes like these occurring in other Colorado cities and nationwide.
The guilty culprits behind this attack should be at the top of Trump’s list for deportation, and we urge the Aurora Police to assist them out the doors.
