For those who say that the Republican Party is behind the curve on digital media, the “What’s Your GOP Story” campaign may make you think twice. Throughout the Republican state assembly, attendees were encourage to take pictures and post status updates on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram with the #IVoteRepublican hashtag. At the end of the day, the campaign had garnered over 1.8 million impressions. Here’s what Colorado GOP chairman Ryan Call said about the effort:
“We have to do a better job of explaining what the Republican Party stands for; that’s why we started this campaign. It’s clear that this campaign is already encouraging Coloradans from all walks of life to explain that to their friends, family and coworkers.”

Mike, even if those studies are true, it in no way makes up for the slashes to social services and nutrition advocated by Republicans nationwide. Maybe, they're throwing a few bucks to the poor folk in order to ease their consciences.
Sorry you feel that way Whitney but it's been very well documented (see study by Rice, Uni of Texas and Penn State) that republicans are more charitable than democrats.
When I was a young woman in a college level economics course, I identified myself with the Grand Old Party because they clearly had all the money and must be doing something right. I'm older now. I vote democrat and I belong to the Mountain Party in West Virginia. I know how the GOP keeps their money and why there are so many poor people in the USA. Don't kid yourselves my fellow Americans.
My GOP: Party of Hate® story is that I am a registered Republican so I can help destroy the party completely. Going well, actually.
