PeakFeed: A Republican Independent Expenditure Enters GOP Gov Primary

The first pro-Republican independent expenditure group entered the GOP gubernatorial primary race yesterday as the maybe-we-should-have-spent-some-money-on-a-branding-coordinator 527 group, Republicans Who Want to Win, released this ad for former Rep. Bob Beauprez:

Not to be outdone, a liberal independent expenditure group, Democrats Who Want Republicans to Lose (aka Protect Colorado Values), has reportedly placed a $250,000 ad buy trying to pick the Republican gubernatorial candidate that the Democratic Governors Association would prefer to run against.
