Before last night Jon Stewart had failed to live up to expectations, to extend the metaphor, in his comedic analysis of the Weiner affair, owing to his having been Weiner’s college roommate. Just when we thought he couldn't have sunk any lower, he goes and does something like this…and totally redeems himself!
"The Congressman had a sex scandal and had to apologize to Bill Clinton. For what?!? Copyright infringement? A patent violation? Are you insane?!?
