Info on caucus classes by Crista Huff:

People go to caucus for many reasons — to participate in the straw poll, to put forth resolutions, to sign up to be election judges — but the #1 reason people go to caucus is to be elected as a delegate. In Colorado, delegates decide which candidates get to be on the primary ballot for every position on the ballot, except President and Vice President of the United States. Delegates go to meetings called Assemblies and cast votes for Sheriff, Coroner, County Commissioner, State Representative, District Attorney, U.S. Congressman, State Treasurer, U.S. Senator, and many more local and statewide positions.

In other states, rich people run for office. In Colorado, candidates elected by delegates run for office. I have seen candidates win and lose their place on the ballot by one or two delegate votes. Come to a class and learn more about this process.
