PEAKFEED: Homeless Prairie Dogs Won’t Become Ferret Food

The near-death experience of prairie dogs that were victims of sloppy animal activism has been averted, according to the Denver Post.

The rodents will be sent to an undisclosed location in Douglas County. No word on whether environmental impact studies, permits, or an act of Congress will be required for the construction of new burrows.
