colorado_logoSuch a sad day for ProgressNow. The group’s hopes and dreams of pulling Republican U.S. Senate candidate Jon Keyser off the ballot were dashed by a judge who called the liberal group on its BS. Liberal harpies like Democratic superlawyer Marc Grueskin tried to sue to block Keyser’s votes from counting in the primary election on June 28. The basis? Some of Keyser’s signatures contained forged signatures from a signature collector named Maureen.

District Judge Morris Hoffman today dismissed the case noting that the challenge to the signatures occurred outside of the five-day protest window. Grueskin Inc. has three days to decide whether they will take this charade to the Supreme Court. So far Grueskin Inc. has not declared whether they would take it to the Supreme Court.
