A new poll may have shown that voters support a proposed minimum wage hike that would harm small businesses, but Democratic Governor John Hickenlooper is clearly not one of them. In a 9News interview with Brandon Rittiman, Hickenlooper has so many reservations about the ballot initiative that he almost serves as an accidental spokesperson for the “No on Amendment 71” campaign.

In short, he calls it bad for rural Colorado and harmful to restaurants.
