MISSING

It’s been 20 days since President Trump announced that Denver homeboy Judge Neil Gorsuch was the nominee to sit on the highest court in the land.

U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner has thrown his support behind Gorsuch, and so are major daily newspapers across the state.

This from the Pueblo Chieftain:

Senators from both parties have said they want a judge with a proven track record, outstanding credentials and respect for the rule of law. Neil Gorsuch fits that bill. If merit and integrity are still what matter most, then Gorsuch should be on a swift path to the nation’s highest court.

What we don’t know is how U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet plans to vote on the Supreme Court nominee because he refuses to say.

This was such a huge issue last year for Democrats, we’re surprised they are not demanding that Bennet hold town hall meetings this week while Congress is in recess to explain his position.

Bennet is not holding tele-town hall meetings either, like Gardner has planned.

Actually, we’re not sure where Bennet is this week. Perhaps we should post a picture of his face and declare him missing as part of a judicial protest and unauthorized art installation displayed on the wall of the Denver Art Museum?
