The USDA reports that the Colorado snowpack reached 100 percent, more than that in some areas.

Perhaps if he actually visited ski slopes in the winter time, he would know that it snows up there.

From this point forward, the melting snowpack will fill reservoirs and rivers. Rafting season normally peaks in late May through early June.
