State Senate Republicans passed a resolution Monday calling on the attorney general and governor to sue the EPA on behalf of Coloradans for causing the Gold King Mine spill.
While Republicans are still trying to right the wrong done by the federal agency, Democrats still don’t care about the impact on their state.
Democrats just want to protect the bureaucracy they love and worship, and give it more money for a Superfund.
The resolution passed 25-10, so it doesn’t have a strong chance of passing the Democrat-controlled House before the legislature adjourns.
