The White House is looking at four finalists to fill Denver’s U.S. attorney position and it doesn’t appear that acting U.S. Attorney Bob Troyer is one of them.

According to Colorado Politics, the potential nominees are: David Blake, Colorado’s chief deputy attorney general; Jason Dunn, partner at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck; James Hearty, senior vice president and chief compliance officer at DaVita Health Care Partners, and Richard Hosley, DaVita’s associate general counsel and vice president for litigation.

Meanwhile, Trump is still looking for an FBI director after Sen. Joe Lieberman removed his name from consideration. According to Fox News, Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers is still in the running.

However, we’ve seen no reports that Suthers has been interviewed for the job.
