U.S. Rep. Jared Polis doesn’t believe in second chances.
No sooner was O.J. Simpson released from jail than Polis tweeted a warning for parents to lock up their belongings and their children because “the juice is on the loose!”
Polis probably thought he was being clever. But if the same message had been tweeted by a Republican, you can bet they would have been called racist, judgmental, insensitive, a bully and a host of other condemnations.
We can’t show you the tweet, because Polis’s political people obviously thought better of it and the message mysteriously disappeared.
But not before a few media outlets saw it and reported on it, including The Hill in Washington, D.C.
