Slow that tent roll, because Denver police will once again enforce the urban camping ban while a challenge to the law goes through the appeals court process.

PeakNation will recall a homeless activist insisted the police issue him a ticket for violating the ban just so advocates could challenge the legality of the law.

A hot minute after the first ruling came down in county court against the ban, police fled in terror of actually enforcing it and tents started popping up all over town like legal, hallucinogenic mushrooms.

Denverite reports the city attorney has finally decided police can enforce it once again, at some point, in the future, just not sure when.
