In yet another failed attempt to return to social media after her spectacular coronavirus faux pas, Denver City Councilwoman Candi CdeBaca tried riding the coattails of her mentor and socialist-in-chief Bernie Sanders for a retweet.
Know what else should be apparent now?
Elected officials like CdeBaca should be careful what they retweet, and when they make a horrible mistake, they should own it and apologize.
Guess what else should be apparent? All of those countries on that list do not give an entire year of paid sick leave.
CdeBaca should think for herself for a while and stop relying on social media memes to communicate or Sanders for her policy research.
Or maybe, just maybe this time she actually was just being sarcastic and confirming what we’ve suspected all along, that Bernie Sanders doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about!
Because if it’s not apparent now …
