Republican gubernatorial candidate Heidi Ganahl has tested positive for COVID-19 so she’s off the campaign trail for a while and will miss a candidate forum Thursday sponsored by the Republican Women of Weld.

Colorado Politics reports the event is sold out, and will proceed with seven of the 14 declared GOP candidates who will face each other in the June GOP primary for the honor of taking on Gov. Polis in the November general election.
The candidates attending the forum are Greg Lopez, Danielle Neuschwanger, Jack Dillender, Darryl Gibbs, Jeff Fry, Jason Lopez and Jon Gray-Ginsberg.
