Colorado’s Democrat U.S. Sens. Michael Bennet and John Hickenlooper claim to have made history on Thursday with their votes to put a Black woman on the Supreme Court.

Neither man is a biologist, so they are not qualified to determine whether or not Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is in fact a women.

Judge Jackson is also unable to confirm whether she is in fact a woman, as national headlines proclaim, as she is not a biologist.

Both Bennet and Hickenlooper lauded themselves for voting for their president’s nominee without question, and praised Judge Jackson’s qualifications of being a Black woman.

Hickenlooper seemed to bumble about with her name, but narrowly avoided a Biden Blooper by calling her a “justice” instead.

This would be a Biden Blunder, as Judge Jackson is still not a justice, and won’t be until October when Justice Stephen G. Breyer steps down from the bench.

She is never Miss Jackson, even if you’re nasty.

She is a Justice in waiting.

Jackson was confirmed on a 53-47 vote with Republican Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Mitt Romney of Utah, crossing party lines to vote with Democrats.

When Judge Jackson begins her first term, the New York Times reports the court is expected to take up major cases on affirmative action and gay rights.

We’re willing to bet then-Justice Jackson will know exactly how to define a woman, plus dozens of genders.
