A partisan hack within the U.S. Supreme Court has done the unthinkable and leaked a critical decision in progress to spark a political firestorm and pressure justices into succumbing to progressive mob rule.
It’s an attack on our very system of government, an insurrection if you will, to overthrow the judiciary branch of our government.
First by scuttling Senate rules to give Democrats authority to rule without filibuster to overturn court decisions, and then to stack the highest court in the land with their own super majority of radially progressive justices.
For those who didn’t get the Democrat Party memo in lightening speed after the Supreme Court spy completed his/her/their dirty work, Politico reported a leaked decision draft by Justice Samuel Alito that would return abortion rights to the states.
This won’t affect us in Colorado, where the legislature has already enshrined abortion rights into law so that everyone can abort the fetus up until the moment it sticks its head out of a person’s body and declares its gender.
And yet, U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet seems to think we’re all going to die, while Gov. Polis has once again discovered medical freedom.

Contrary to what the progressives are feinting over, abortion would not be outlawed if Roe v. Wade is overturned. It’s a state’s rights issue, and this means power would return to the states to legislate abortion, just like Colorado has already done.
We can all deal with that outcome.
What remains to be seen is what happens to the progressive mole leaking Supreme Court document drafts, presumably a clerk, in a brazen attempt to politicize court decisions.
In calling our Supreme Court justices radicals, Bennet has already tipped his hat he’s ready to overthrow our court system for his own selfish means to get reelected.
